Iranian Feminist Film

Join resident Fari Bradley for A Look at Iranian Feminist Film, film discussion & Q&A on Tuesday 20th October as part of the Art of Nuisance.
Fari whose art practise involves both broadcast and research, is a repeated reviewer of Iranian film for both BBCR3 Nightwaves and The Film Programme on BBCR4.
Fari will be joined by Dr Saeed Zeydabadi-Nejad, author of The Politics of Iranian Cinema: Film and Society in the Islamic Republic, 2010, lectures on Media and Film at the Centre for Media Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and at the Institute of Ismaili Studies. He has reviewed film on BBC4, BBCR3 as well as screenings across London and elsewhere.
On the night Fari will be showing clips from Iranian films to open up the discussion including:
